Michael C. Arena

Michael is a member of Lippes Mathias’ Business & Commercial Litigation and Consumer Financial Services Practice Teams.  His practice includes defending and prosecuting business litigation matters throughout New York State and in federal courts across the country.  Additionally, he assists clients with claims involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and other consumer protection statuses, as well as general business litigation matters.  

Prior to law school, Mike earned his B.A. in Journalism from St. Bonaventure University and worked as an on-air television news reporter for five years.
