Mr. Glastetter focuses his practice in the areas of commercial lending and financial reorganization, restructuring, and insolvency. He has represented national clients in litigation matters and has also been directly involved with developing and implementing automotive inventory financing document packages and guides, loss prevention controls and documents, projects involving UCC Article 9 compliance, and in drafting general forms for use in leasing and financing.
 
In addition, he regularly served as special counsel to bankruptcy trustees in preference, fraudulent conveyance, and other bankruptcy-related litigation.

Prior to joining Lippes Mathias, Mr. Glastetter was with Deily & Glastetter, LLP – an Albany-based law firm from 1990 until 2020. Before that, he was engaged in the general civil practice of law in Lexington and Corbin, Kentucky. During that time, he handled a variety of general civil litigation matters such as personal injury claims (plaintiff and defendant), bankruptcies, consumer issues, coal mining-related matters, and secured creditors’ rights. Mark also served for a year as Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney for Whitley County and McCreary County.
