Bio
Jennifer is a member of the firm's Health Care Practice Team, where she assists in advising hospitals, physician practices, behavioral health providers and other health care providers. Her work includes supporting the firm's attorneys in drafting and reviewing contracts and organizational documents, assisting with the formation of professional entities and other health care corporations, analyzing state and federal regulatory requirements, and assisting with matters involving professional licensing, privacy, and corporate governance.
Jennifer participated in the firm's Summer Associate Program and prior to joining Lippes Mathias, was a law clerk at CCB Law in Syracuse, New York. While in law school, she worked as a student attorney in the Albany Law School Edward P. Swyer Justice Center's Health Law Clinic and as a Research Assistant. She also served as the Executive Director of Albany Law School's Anthony V. Cardona '70 Moot Court Program.
