Frederic (Trace) Schilling
Trace Schilling is a member in the firm’s Banking and Financial Transactions practice team where he focuses his practice on finance and real estate transactions on behalf of borrowers, institutional lenders and private lenders. His practice also includes assisting clients with the acquisition, disposition and development of commercial and residential real estate projects, including drafting and negotiating related financing and transaction documents, reviewing relevant diligence and advising clients with a business-first focused approach. Trace also has experience structuring and negotiating financing facilities to effectively address the needs and objectives of both lenders and borrowers.
