Lippes Mathias LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Frederic (Trace) Schilling as a member in its West Palm Beach office, where he joins the banking & financial transactions practice team

Schilling focuses on finance and real estate transactions on behalf of borrowers, institutional lenders and private lenders. His practice includes the acquisition, disposition and development of commercial and residential real estate projects, encompassing the drafting and negotiation of financing and transaction documents, diligence review and client counsel. He also structures and negotiates financing facilities to address the needs and objectives of both lenders and borrowers. 

Schilling earned his J.D., with honors, from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2017 and his B.A. from Florida State University in 2012. He is a member of the Real Estate Lenders Association (RELA), South Florida Chapter, and provides pro bono assistance in leasing and estate matters.
