Ms. Arthurs concentrates her practice on trust and estate planning and administration in both New York and Florida. She advises high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners on comprehensive strategies to preserve wealth, minimize taxes, and protect assets across generations.
 
Her practice includes business succession planning, charitable giving, and advanced estate and gift tax mitigation techniques, as well as drafting prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Christina regularly structures and implements asset protection trusts and other sophisticated planning vehicles to help clients achieve their long-term goals.
 
She develops customized estate plans tailored to each client’s unique personal and financial circumstances. Whether guiding young families through foundational planning or advising high-net-worth individuals on complex wealth transfer strategies, Christina brings a thoughtful and collaborative approach to every matter. She also works closely with clients’ advisory teams to ensure the seamless coordination and administration of their estate plans.
 
In addition, Christina represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in Surrogate’s Court, including contested probate, accounting, and trust proceedings, as well as other estate-related litigation.
 
Before beginning her legal career, Christina worked as an environmental engineer and project manager in New York City.
