Carlyn (Carly) Elizabeth Hazelip, an attorney in Lippes Mathias’ Jacksonville, Florida office, focuses her practice on representing employers in a variety of matters including litigation of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment claims under federal and state law; agency investigations; arbitrations; and other matters involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, constructive discharge, restrictive covenants, wage claims, and breach of contract claims.
Prior to joining Lippes Mathias, Carly was a member of the litigation team at another major law firm, and before that was an Assistant State Attorney for the State Attorney’s Office for the Fourth Judicial Circuit.
