Alexis B. Telga
Ms. Telga concentrates her practice on banking and financial transactions, representing financial organizations in a broad range of financing matters, from traditional lending transactions to sophisticated structured finance deals. She manages loan transactions through every stage of the process, from the commitment phase through closing and post-closing matters, with a meticulous attention to detail at every step. Her sophisticated understanding of commercial lending transactions enables her to develop practical and creative solutions for structuring loans, negotiating transaction documents, and effectively managing risk. Her practice has a strong focus on real estate secured transactions including construction loans. 
 
Ms. Telga also represents buyers and sellers on commercial real estate transactions, including borrower-side representation where financing is involved. 
 
Ms. Telga participated in the firm’s Summer Associate Program in 2022. She is a 2023 graduate of Syracuse University College of Law. While in law school, she worked as a student attorney in the Syracuse University Transactional Law Clinic and as a teaching assistant for first year law students in legal writing. She also served as the Law Student Representative to the Board of Trustees and as the Administrative Editor of the Journal of International Law and Commerce.
