Mr. Augustyn is an associate in Lippes Mathias' Insurance Recovery, Counseling & Litigation Practice Team. Adam focuses his practice on insurance coverage, insurance counseling, and complex commercial litigation. He has experience assisting clients with insurance coverage issues involving a broad array of policy forms including general liability, excess/umbrella, directors and officers, pollution, builder’s risk, auto, property, employee dishonesty, professional, and cyber. Prior to joining the firm, Adam served as a law clerk at the New York Court of Appeals and also worked in the Office of General Counsel for a large New York State agency.
