Lippes Mathias LLP has added Adam J. Augustyn as a senior associate in its Clarence office, where he practices with the firm's insurance recovery, counseling & litigation practice team. 

Augustyn focuses his practice on insurance coverage, insurance counseling, and complex commercial litigation. He assists clients with coverage issues across a broad array of policy forms, including general liability, excess/umbrella, directors and officers, pollution, builder's risk, auto, property, employee dishonesty, professional, and cyber. 

Prior to joining the firm, Augustyn served as a law clerk at the New York Court of Appeals and worked in the Office of General Counsel for a large New York State agency. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2018 and his B.A., summa cum laude, from Canisius College in 2013.
