Hunter Faulkner, a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Team, focuses his practice in the areas of commercial real estate transactions, residential real estate transactions, commercial and residential leasing, commercial lending, title insurance, and land use and zoning. Mr. Faulkner represents a diverse set of clients including real estate investors, developers, builders, and small business owners in northeast Florida.
Mr. Faulkner has extensive experience representing clients engaged in the acquisition, development, entitlement, sale, and finance of commercial real estate projects including, but not limited to retail shopping centers, marinas, restaurants, office buildings, and multi-family residential projects. Mr. Faulkner’s practice also includes the representation of buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions as well as landlords and tenants in connection with the negotiation of office building leases, warehouse leases, ground leases, and residential leases.
