Lippes Mathias LLP announced today that Jacksonville real estate attorney A. Hunter Faulkner has joined the firm as a partner in its Florida real estate practice. Faulkner is based in the firm’s Jacksonville office, expanding Lippes Mathias’ presence in northeast Florida and reinforcing its commitment to real estate law in the region. 

Faulkner represents real estate investors, developers, builders, and business owners in commercial real estate transactions, residential real estate transactions, leasing, commercial lending, title insurance, and land use and zoning. His work includes guiding clients through the acquisition, development, entitlement, financing, and sale of properties such as retail shopping centers, marinas, restaurants, office buildings, and multifamily residential communities.

Faulkner earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in 2015 and his B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of North Florida in 2011. He is a member of The Florida Bar, NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association, Urban Land Institute, and the Jacksonville Bar Association.
