Ryan V. Stearns Speaks During Cannabis Presentation Hosted by the Bonadio Group

BUFFALO, NY – Ryan V. Stearns, Lippes Mathias partner and co-leader of the firm’s cannabis practice team, provided a legal update on New York State’s cannabis industry to more than 100 accountants during “Seeing Green: Introduction to the NY Cannabis Industry,” a presentation hosted by the Bonadio Group. During his portion of the presentation, Ryan delivered a broad overview of the state of cannabis in New York State, discussing the various types of legal adult-use cannabis licenses available and the progress that the state continues to make toward the full legalization of the sale of adult-use cannabis.

Ryan Stearns advises cannabis companies (cultivators, dispensaries, manufacturers, etc.) with all issues related to legal cannabis business activities, licensing matters (including drafting state license applications), regulatory matters, corporate structuring, and real estate transactions.
