Lippes Mathias LLP today announced that Morgan C. Flitt has joined the firm as an associate in its Buffalo office. Flitt is a member of the firm’s litigation practice team. 

Flitt represents clients in a broad range of litigation matters in state and federal courts. Her practice includes defending healthcare professionals, including physicians, dentists and podiatrists, in medical malpractice and related claims. She also handles commercial and municipal litigation matters and advises healthcare and human service providers on regulatory compliance, enforcement actions, and operational legal issues. 

Prior to joining Lippes Mathias, Flitt gained experience advising clients on employment and federal labor law matters. 

Flitt earned her J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law in 2021, where she served as submissions editor for the Buffalo Human Rights Law Review. She received her B.A. from John Carroll University in 2018.
