BUFFALO, N.Y. – March 9, 2021 – Christopher A. Walker, Lippes Mathias' partner-in-charge of the Jacksonville office, recently closed a 62.7 million multi-family affordable housing transaction in West Virginia. The transaction includes 991 units in 23 communities in Charleston and Huntington, West Virginia, for veteran housing.

Patriot Services Group offers America's "at-risk" veterans assistance with permanent housing, independent transportation, and supportive services. PSG is actively working with Hershel Woody Williams VA Medical Center, West Virginia Community Action Partnership, Coalfield Community Action Partnership, Southwestern Community Action Council, and other service providers.
