BUFFALO, NY – Brendan J. Rich, a partner at Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP, has been named to Buffalo Business First’s 2018 40 Under 40 class. Every year the business publication recognizes 40 Western New Yorkers under 40 years old for their professional success and community involvement. Mr. Rich will be honored at a luncheon on November 30.

At Lippes Mathias, Mr. Rich serves as the firm’s Corporate and Securities practice group leader. He advises clients ranging from startups to entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 companies on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, securities matters, private equity/venture capital, corporate structuring, succession planning, corporate governance and legal compliance issues and programs.
