BUFFALO, NY – Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP continues to expand its Western New York and New York State presence as Jennifer Persico, a partner at the Mosey Persico law firm in Buffalo, is joining the Lippes firm as a partner.

Three other attorneys and four staff will be moving with Persico to join Lippes, bringing the firm’s total Western New York workforce to approximately 100 employees.  In August, Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP merged with the Albany law firm of Sheehan Greene Golderman and Jacques LLP, creating a substantial presence in Albany for the Lippes firm.

“I have enjoyed a long personal and professional relationship with Acea Mosey and we have spent a great deal of time of late discussing this opportunity for me and other members of the firm to make the move to Lippes,” said Persico.  “I am excited to be joining a firm that is experiencing significant growth and expansion and the timing is right for me to make this move along with my colleagues.”

“I am extremely impressed with Jen and everything she has accomplished through the years as a partner at Mosey Persico,” said Scott E. Friedman, Managing Partner, Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP.  “We are very excited to welcome Jen and her colleagues to our firm.”
