BUFFALO, NY – On behalf of its client, ComputerSearch Payroll Services, Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP recently completed the acquisition of PayME LLC in Buffalo. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman attorney Brendan J. Rich handled the transaction on behalf of ComputerSearch. The mergers and acquisitions practice team at Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman regularly counsels various entities and investment groups on multimillion dollar stock and asset purchases, mergers and divestitures.
