BUFFALO, NY – On behalf of its client, ComputerSearch Payroll Services, Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP recently completed the acquisition of PayME LLC in Buffalo. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman attorney Brendan J. Rich handled the transaction on behalf of ComputerSearch. The mergers and acquisitions practice team at Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman regularly counsels various entities and investment groups on multimillion dollar stock and asset purchases, mergers and divestitures.
“Our client has been very interested in looking for opportunities to expand their payroll operations,” said Rich. “By assisting ComputerSearch throughout the entire process, this latest acquisition will enable continued growth for the company.”
ComputerSearch, founded in 1967, is the area’s largest locally owned payroll processing and time management company. They provide payroll services, time and attendance, employee benefits, and parking control systems to more than 4,000 client businesses in Western New York and beyond.
