BUFFALO, NY –Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP Senior Associate, Thomas B. Hughes, was elected President of West Side Community Services, Inc.’s (WSCS) Board of Directors. Prior to being elected as president, Tom served as Vice President of WSCS’ board of directors.

Tom is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Team where he assists clients with entity formation, restructuring, and dissolution; contract drafting and negotiating; corporate governance and compliance; and other general corporate matters.  Additionally, he is a member of the firm’s Asset Receivable Management Practice Team.
