Lippes Mathias Welcomes Corporate Attorney Jesus Alberto Alcocer to Rochester Office

Lippes Mathias LLP has added Jesus Alberto Alcocer as an associate in its Rochester office, where he is a member of the corporate practice team focusing on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and independent sponsor transactions, and capital markets matters. 

Alcocer's practice also encompasses commercial contracts, licensing, and customer and vendor agreements, as well as corporate governance. He brings additional experience supporting underwriters in initial public offerings and secondary offerings, and advises issuer and underwriter clients on debt and structured financings. 

Alcocer earned his J.D. and M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law in 2023 and his B.S. and B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 2017.
