Mueller, partner and co-leader of the firm’s financial restructuring & insolvency practice team, has been re-elected to serve a second two-year term on the Global Board of Trustees for the Turnaround Management Association (TMA). Mueller, who began his first term on January 1, 2024, will commence his second term on January 1, 2026. 

TMA is the most diverse group of professionals in the turnaround, restructuring, and corporate health space. It is the only non-profit global organization that allows members of the industry to build their personal brand and develop their professional network. Members include turnaround specialists, attorneys, accountants, advisors, liquidators, and consultants, as well as academics, government employees, and members of the judiciary. 

The TMA Global Board of Trustees works to advance the professional association’s mission, which includes promoting growth and renewal for companies navigating complex operational and financial challenges.
