BUFFALO, NEW YORK – Lippes Mathias is pleased to announce that Anthony M. Kroese has joined the firm as an associate in its Buffalo, N.Y. office. As a member of the firm’s real estate practice team, Anthony will focus his practice on commercial real estate transactions, representing clients in a variety of complex matters including project development, purchase and sale agreements, property management agreements, and leasing and franchise agreements. Additionally, Anthony assists clients in managing a range of real estate-related corporate issues, including corporate formation, governance, and dissolution, merger and acquisition due diligence, title and survey analysis, zoning ordinances, and the preparation of corporate transaction profiles.

Outside of his practice, Anthony is extremely involved in the community, actively serving as the director of the Notre Dame Law Alumni Board and as a trustee for both the Canisius College Board of Trustees and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Western and Central New York. In the past, Anthony has also served as president of the Canisius College Alumni Association and as chair of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Western and Central New York’s Man & Woman of the Year Campaign.

Anthony received his J.D. in 2017 from Notre Dame Law School, and in 2014, graduated with his B.A. in political science from Canisius College.
