Luksenberg, a member of the firm's intellectual property practice team, focuses his practice on patent litigation as well as trademark enforcement and brand protection. He has represented clients ranging from individual business owners and inventors to Fortune 500 companies in numerous district courts, the Federal Circuit, the International Trade Commission, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and the Patent Trials and Appeal Board. 

Luksenberg has experience in matters involving cellular devices, LED design and manufacturing, parking lot guidance systems, smart watches, battery charging topologies, circuit electronics, optical processing, global position systems, mobile applications, medical devices, and bottle designs. 

He earned his J.D. from St. John's University in 2011 and his B.S. from Lehigh University in 2008. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society, the New York Intellectual Property Association, Young Jewish Professionals Association, Lehigh Lawyers Association, and Connor Inn of Court.
