The panel examined how artificial intelligence is reshaping the mergers and acquisitions landscape, covering deal sourcing, target evaluation, due diligence, transaction structuring, and post-close value creation. The discussion addressed where AI tools are currently being implemented, the risks and challenges the technology introduces, and considerations for deal professionals as AI continues to evolve. 

The panel drew perspectives from four areas of the M&A ecosystem: AI tool implementation, legal, investment banking, and transaction advisory services.

Jeremy J.
