BUFFALO, NY – Jennifer C. Persico, a partner at Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP, will be a presenter at the New York State Association of County Directors Winter Legislative Conference on February 2, 2016, in Albany, NY.
Ms. Persico’s presentation will focus on the taxability of fiber optics under New York State’s Real Tax Property Law.

Ms. Persico is co–leader of the Litigation Practice Group at Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP. She concentrates her practice in commercial litigation, including contract claims on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. Ms. Persico also handles premises liability claims, corporate law, municipal law, foreclosures and real estate.

The Association of Directors of Real Property Tax Services was formed on October 6, 1971, and consists of the Real Property Tax Directors from 55 Counties in New York State and two County Assessors represent all New York State counties with the exception of the five counties that comprise the City of New York.
