BUFFALO, NEW YORK – Lippes Mathias is excited to welcome Hannah E. Cominsky to its Buffalo, N.Y. office as an associate attorney. A member of the firm’s consumer financial services and litigation practice teams, Hannah focuses her practice on commercial litigation, which includes the handling of claims involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and other consumer protection statutes.

Hannah is a 2021 graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Law and a 2017 graduate of the University at Buffalo. While attending the University at Buffalo School of Law, Hannah served as the executive publications editor of the Buffalo Law Review. Outside of her practice, Hannah is an active member of the Women’s Bar Association of Western New York.
