BUFFALO, NY – D21 Partners, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in comprehensive business and succession planning for family-owned and closely-held businesses, is presenting a community seminar surrounding “Family Businesses” on October 30 at 9 a.m. at the Buffalo Educational Opportunity Center. Topics covered will include family business planning, family business and emotions, and how to manage a family business in today’s rapidly changing world. 
 
The collaborative seminar will feature D21 Founder and Lippes Mathias Chairman Scott Friedman, as well as Tom Ulbrich, D21 consultant and assistant dean for entrepreneurship and social innovation at University at Buffalo’s School of Management and School of Social Work, and Dr. Robert Perelli, D21 consultant and founder of The Center for Family Systems Theory of WNY who will share personal insights intended to educate attendees about better management practices for family business. The event will be moderated by Andrea Vossler, D21 principal and senior advisor and a partner with Lippes Mathias.
