BUFFALO, NY – Brendan J. Rich, a partner at Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP, has been appointed to the board of directors for Hospice Foundation of WNY.

The Hospice Foundation helps to provide medical, emotional and spiritual support to patients with advanced illness and their families. Through the generosity of donors, Hospice Buffalo is able to deliver customized, comprehensive care for patients who may not qualify for the Medicare benefit or who are either uninsured or under insured.

At Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP, Mr. Rich serves as the Corporate and Securities Practice Group leader. He advises clients ranging from startups and entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 companies on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, securities matters, private equity/venture capital, corporate structuring, succession planning, corporate governance and legal compliance issues and programs.
