Back Together Again...For Now: USCIS Will Again Bundle Adjudications for H-1B/H-4/H-4 EAD and L-1/L-2 Filings

After several years of frustrating delays for H-4, H-4 EADs and L-2s, USCIS will once again bundle I-539 and I-765 filings along with the underlying I-129. This is all due to a recent settlement in a class action lawsuit.
Importantly, in accordance with the settlement, the bundling will apply to cases filed under both regular and premium processing.
These new bundling procedures will be in effect for two (2) years, at which point I assume (hope) USCIS will have implemented premium processing for I-539s and I-765s under the Implementation of the Emergency Stopgap USCIS Stabilization Act.
