Andrew M. Wilson, Lippes Mathias LLP partner, chief advisory officer, and co-leader of the firm’s immigration practice team, spoke at the 2025 American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) Northern Border Conference, held September 25–26.
Wilson served as a panelist for “H-1B Under Pressure: Terminations, RFEs, Wage-Based Selection Changes,” which examined recent developments and regulatory trends affecting H-1B visa filings and compliance. On the panel, he spoke alongside Brendan Venter of Harris Beach Murtha and Danielle Rizzo of Phillips Lytle LLP.

Andrew M. In addition, Wilson represents individuals and families with family-based immigration petitions and waivers for admissibility issues.
