Mr. Penko will concentrate his practice on patent preparation, prosecution, and opinions primarily in the electrical and computer-related arts. He has experience with trademark clearance, registration, policing, and dispute resolution. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Penko worked as an electrical engineer at Ferry Industries in Stow, Ohio for two years.
 
Mr. Penko is a 2023 graduate of Cleveland State University College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Penko worked as a law clerk for the intellectual property boutique Fay Sharpe. Additionally, Mr. Penko externed at the Catholic Charities Diocese of Cleveland where he was tasked with running a legal tech audit of the Diocese.
