Joseph E. Brown

Joseph E. Brown is an attorney in Lippes Mathias' Banking & Financial Transactions Practice Team, where he assists lenders and borrowers with commercial lending and real estate finance transactions.

Prior to joining Lippes Mathias, Joseph served as an Assistant Public Defender with the Monroe County Public Defender's Office. Before that, he worked in the title insurance industry as a title agent and title examiner, where he reviewed abstracts of title insurance policies, and handled title curative and commercial due diligence. He also coordinated with closing teams and lenders on closings, supported compliance with ALTA best practices, and has been a licensed title agent in more than 25 states.
