Bio
Ms. Buffamonti concentrates her practice on employment law and education-related matters. The majority of her practice consists of drafting employment-related contracts, counseling employers on employee matters, and defending employers in state and federal claims involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour claims, breach of contract, restrictive covenants, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Throughout law school, Ms. Buffamonti was actively involved in the Travis H.D. Lewin Advocacy Honor Society and the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition Team, where she developed expertise in trial and appellate technique. As a recent graduate of Syracuse University College of Law, Ms. Buffamonti is involved in the Lawyers Division of The Federalist Society, the Erie County Bar Association, and the Charles S. Desmond Inn of Court.
