Ms. Shavitz is an experienced real estate practitioner who focuses her practice on complex real estate transactions. Her experience includes representing clients in connection with leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, joint venture equity investments, development and financing. Ms. Shavitz has advised clients through the entire life-cycle of multi-million dollar transactions, from term sheet negotiations, drafting of documents, title, survey, and due diligence review, to closing and continued post-closing assets’ management.
