Bio
Gianella Marciniak, is an attorney with Lippes Mathias’ Trusts & Estates practice team, where she concentrates her practice on probate and administration proceedings, and estate planning including the preparation of advance directives and essential documents such as wills, trusts, health care proxies, living wills, and powers of attorney.
In addition to her trust & estates work, Ms. Marciniak has experience in commercial litigation, having handled matters involving contract disputes, and real estate transactions.
Prior to joining private practice, Ms. Marciniak served as an intern with the United States Attorney's Office and completed an externship with the Erie County District Attorney's Office.
