Gianella L. Marciniak Joins Lippes Mathias as Associate in Buffalo Office

Lippes Mathias LLP today announced that Gianella L. Marciniak has joined the firm’s trusts and estates practice team as an associate in its Downtown Buffalo office.
Marciniak concentrates her practice on probate and administration proceedings and estate planning, including the preparation of advance directives and essential documents such as wills, trusts, health care proxies, living wills and powers of attorney.
In addition to her trusts and estates work, Marciniak possesses experience in commercial litigation and real estate transactions, having handled matters involving contract disputes.
Before entering private practice, she served as an intern with the United States Attorney's Office and completed an externship with the Erie County District Attorney's Office. Marciniak earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University at Buffalo School of Law in 2024 and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in 2021.
She is a member of the Women’s Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the Bar Association of Erie County. While in law school, Marciniak was active with the University at Buffalo School of Law Review and served as chair of the Herbert Wechsler National Criminal Moot Court Competition.
