About Bari L. Goldstein

Bari L. Goldstein is a partner in Lippes Mathias’ West Palm Beach office and a member of the firm’s employment practice team. She focuses her practice on preventative labor and employment defense work, representing and advising private, not-for-profit and public sector employers of all sizes on regulatory, administrative, and litigation matters. With more than 25 years of experience, she provides counsel on wage and hour compliance, internal investigations, reductions in force, and day-to-day personnel issues. Her work includes drafting and reviewing handbooks, employment agreements, job descriptions, and employment policies. Goldstein also handles agency responses and appears at mediations, audits, and investigations conducted by the EEOC, DOL, OFCCP, and ICE, among others. She regularly advises federal contractors on affirmative action planning and compliance obligations. 

Goldstein is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She is also a qualified EEO investigator.
