The two will provide information on steps employers must take when they send their employees to the U.S., or when their workers must enter the U.S.

- Assess Business Visitor activity for purposes of entry to the U.S.;
- Determine the activities and circumstances that require a US work;
- Identify several types of US work permits that may apply; and,
- Learn about other areas of law that are related to foreign nationals working in the US.
