Sean focuses his practice in the areas of private equity, mergers and acquisitions, investment funds and general corporate matters. Sean’s experience includes advising clients on all aspects of middle market acquisitions and dispositions, venture capital investments, corporate structuring, and intellectual property licensing matters. Prior to joining the firm as an attorney, Sean participated in the firm’s summer associate program and served as an in-house law clerk for a large natural gas corporation.
