BUFFALO, NY – Paul F. Wells, a partner and real estate practice group leader at Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP, has been appointed to the St. Joseph’s Collegiate Institute board of trustees for a three-year term.

The St. Joe’s board is the governing body of the school and is active in maintaining the school’s mission, which is to provide accessible Lasallian Catholic education for young men in Western New York. Mr. Wells is an alumnus of St. Joe’s.

Mr. Wells has extensive legal experience in commercial real estate development, representing buyers and sellers of shopping centers, hotels, office buildings, industrial buildings, mixed-use properties, self-storage facilities and mobile home parks in a variety of complex legal transactions.
