BUFFALO, NY – Lisa G. Decker, the firm’s director of human resources, has been honored as a winner of Buffalo Business First’s 2023 HR Impact Award. Decker will be honored during a ceremony on Thursday, March 18, where winners of Buffalo Business First’s Best Places to Work 2023 will also be announced.

Decker, who has more than 20 years of finance, office administration, and human resources experience, is responsible for the overall human resources management and administrative functions for all eleven of the firm’s office locations.
