Lippes Mathias today announced that it has been recognized with the bronze award at Buffalo Business First’s 2024 Best Places to Work Awards. Only three of the 15 finalists in the large category received awards at the event. The Best Places to Work awards recognize companies in Western New York that provide exceptional work environments for their employees. This is the third consecutive year the firm has received an award at the Best Places to Work Awards. 

Companies were ranked according to their overall score on a Quantum Workplace survey completed by employees, which was calculated by compiling raw data from the questions on a one to six scale (strongly disagree to strongly agree) to find an average score that was then indexed to a 100-point scale. The total number of survey responses was also factored in the overall score. Winners are chosen 100% based on the results of the survey and, in essence, by the employees themselves.
