Over his 17 year career, Mr. Koeppel has successfully structured, negotiated and closed over 250 transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, fund formations and investments, and private equity transactions.

He has been recognized for exceptional standing in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business for Mergers and Acquisitions, as well as being ranked a top Mergers and Acquisitions attorney by Upstate New York Super Lawyers®. He has also been recognized for exceptional standing in the area of Investment Funds: Private Equity: Fund Formation in both Chambers USA and Chambers Global: The World’s Leading Lawyers for Business.

Mr. Koeppel received his J.D. and his M.B.A from SUNY Buffalo. He is a member of the American Bar Association (Mergers and Acquisitions Committee, Private Equity and Venture Capital Committee, and Middle Market and Small Business Committee), New York State Bar Association, Bar Association of Erie County, Association for Corporate Growth and the Upstate Venture Association of New York.
