PONTE VEDRA BEACH, FL – Christopher A. Walker, partner-in-charge of Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP’s Ponte Vedra Beach office, is participating in “Delivering Scalable and Sustainable Affordable Housing” presented by Urban Land Institute North Florida’s Revitalization & Affordable Housing Task Force on March 6. He is part of a forward-thinking panel discussion for Urban Land Institute members surrounding strategies underway that seek solutions to the region’s looming affordable housing crisis.

The overall goal of the Revitalization & Affordable Housing Task Force is to bring awareness and education to Urban Land Institute members on the development of affordable housing and revitalization initiatives and to introduce and recruit current developments to Urban Land Institute to help in their success.

At Lippes Mathias, Mr. Walker assists companies across the United States with corporate matters, including formations, operations, sales or dispositions, contract matters, and sophisticated mergers and acquisitions. He also dedicates a portion of his practice to affordable housing and not-for-profit governance and financing.
