Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP Expands to Florida

BUFFALO, NY – Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP announced the opening of its new Jacksonville, Florida area office as part of the firm’s continued growth. The new Florida office located at 822 US Highway A1A North, Suite 100 in Ponte Vedra Beach, is the firm’s fifth office.
Christopher A. Walker, a Buffalo area native, has been named partner-in-charge of the firm’s new office. He assists companies across the United States with corporate matters, including formations, operations, sales or dispositions, contract matters, and sophisticated mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Walker also focuses a portion of his practice on commercial real estate transactions and has successfully closed on more than $500 million in real estate acquisitions and financing matters.
“In recent years, the firm has been focused on expanding our legal services to anticipate and meet our clients’ needs through the addition of new talent and opening offices in new markets,” said Kevin J. Cross, managing partner, Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman. “Chris was an attorney with us prior to his relocation to Florida. We saw an opportunity to expand our operations into Florida and have him lead our newest office.”
Andrew C. Bolender also joins Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman’s Florida office as an associate. He represents individuals and commercial clients on their corporate and transactional matters, providing services for all stages of the corporate life cycle. Having previously worked for global and regional financial institutions, he has extensive knowledge of banking and financial services laws, regulations, and corporate compliance.
In addition to its new Florida office, Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman has offices in Buffalo, Albany, New York City and Burlington, Ontario, Canada.
