BUFFALO, NY – Scott E. Friedman, chairman and CEO at Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP, recently served as a panelist for Upstate Venture Association of New York’s “The Capital Stack: Funding Sources.” The event focused on educating about the differences between angel and venture equity, and different kinds of debt.
