BUFFALO, NEW YORK – Lippes Mathias is pleased to announce that it has added Caitlin E. O’Neil to its Buffalo office as a senior associate. Caitlin concentrates her practice in state and federal civil litigation, and frequently appears on behalf of clients before various administrative tribunals. Caitlin has experience assisting individuals and institutions with navigating investigations and contested matters both before and after litigation is initiated and frequently assists clients with appellate matters.

Caitlin graduated cum laude from both the University at Buffalo School of Law, where she received her J.D., and Mount Holyoke College, where she earned her A.B. Outside of her practice, Caitlin is extremely active in the Western New York community, serving as vice president of the Erie County Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers Project’s Rising Champions for Justice board, as a board member of the University at Buffalo Law Alumni Association GOLD Group, and as a member of a variety of other organizations, including the Young Professionals for Olmsted Parks, the Mount Holyoke College Alumnae Association and the University at Buffalo School of Law Advocacy Institute as a trial team instructor.
