Kevin J. Cross, managing partner and chairman of Lippes Mathias LLP, has been named to the 2026 edition of Florida Trend's Legal Elite Notable Managing Partners. The firm's Florida offices, located in Jacksonville, Tampa Bay and West Palm Beach, collectively employ 80 staff members, including 43 attorneys. 

Cross heads the firm's Executive Committee and is responsible for all of the firm's offices, attorneys and staff firmwide. In that role, he coordinates strategic direction, implementation of firm initiatives and attorney recruitment, with a focus on firm culture and a collaborative professional environment.
