J. Tyler Finn Joins Lippes Mathias as an Associate

BUFFALO, N.Y. – Lippes Mathias is pleased to announce that J. Tyler Finn has joined the firm as an associate in its Buffalo office. In his role, Tyler will work as part of Lippes Mathias’ Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Securities Practice Teams, focusing his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. Tyler’s experience includes advising private equity firms, public and private companies, and investors on all aspects of acquisitions and dispositions, corporate structuring, and corporate governance. Prior to joining Lippes Mathias, Tyler worked as an attorney for a large corporate law firm based in New York City, where he represented clients in matters related to mergers & acquisitions and private equity.

Tyler received his J.D. in 2016 from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and in 2012, graduated with his B.A. from Union College. While attending law school, Tyler worked as an intern for the Office of the New York State Attorney General as part of its Summer Law Internship Program.
