BUFFALO, NY – Andrea H. Vossler, a partner with Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP, has been appointed to the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of Upstate Capital Association of New York. In this role, she will also serve as the organization’s Secretary and General Counsel.

Since 2003, the Upstate Capital Association of New York has been the place to meet capital providers – early stage, venture, growth and private equity investors – as well as lenders, professional advisors, entrepreneurs and company executives who are making investments in companies across New York State.

Ms. Vossler is an experienced partner in the Corporate & Securities practice group at Lippes Mathias, where she co-leads the startups and venture capital practice teams. She has extensive experience working with entrepreneurs, later-stage companies, investors and funds across a variety of stages, sectors and geographies.
